Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 - 1˝ lbs shrimp, peeled & deveined (or mixture of shrimp and scallops)
olive oil
lemon pepper
garlic powder
2 basil leaves
3-4 T. fresh parsley, chopped
1 (˝ pt.) carton whipping cream
1 egg yolk
1 stick butter
grated fresh Parmesan
white pepper
nutmeg
12 - 16 oz. fettuccine noodles
sliced green onions for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle shrimp and/or scallops with lemon pepper and garlic powder. Sauté seafood in olive oil (I add a little crushed red pepper.). After a couple minutes, add basil and parsley. Cook on low until shrimp are done. Serve on top of fettuccine Alfredo.

To make fettuccine Alfredo, in small bowl whisk together the cream and egg yolk. Let sit while you cook the pasta. When pasta is cooked and drained, melt whole stick of butter in hot pasta. Toss with cream mixture, lots of Parmesan, white pepper to taste and a little nutmeg.

To plate this dish, serve up the pasta, some of the shrimp on top, and some sliced green onions on top for color.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This amount of cream will make enough sauce for approx. 1 lb. pasta. (Tip: You can use the jarred Alfredo sauce to supplement if not "juicy" enough to suit you)
