5 potatoes peeled and chopped
1 cup water
1/2 cup chopped onion
5 cups milk
3 T. butter, melted
2 T. flour
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes and onion in boiling water until they are tender. Slightly mash potatoes. In a bowl whisk milk, butter, flour, salt, and pepper add to pan with potatoes. Add cubed Velveeta. Cook over low heat stirring often until cheese is completely melted. Add more milk if needed.
