2 lbs. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 cloves garlic
16 oz. tomato sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. ground oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper, optional
15 oz. kidney beans, drained and rinsed
15 oz. pinto beans, drained and rinsed

Garnish Options:
Shredded Cheddar
Sour Cream
Tortilla Chips or Fritos
Diced Green Onions
Avocado

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and crumble the ground beef with onion in a large pot over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease. Add the garlic and tomato sauce and seasonings. Stir to combine. Add water to desired consistency. Decrease heat to low. Cover and let simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add the drained and rinsed beans. Simmer for 10 minutes. Top with desired garnishes.
Note: If chili seen to thick after an hour, add more tomato sauce or water.
