1 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1-2 Tbsp flour
1 cup raisins
pie crust (not deep dish)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Simmer raisins in water to plump, drain. Combine all ingredients and pour into a prepared pie crust. Bake at 425 at 10 min., reduce temp to 350 and bake for another 20 min.
