Pork Tenderloins (1-1½ lbs. per person)
1 green bell pepper
1 large yellow onion
1 lb. bacon
1 bottle Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Slice pepper and onion into long strips and set aside.
On cutting board, lay down bacon 1-2" apart.
Butterfly the pork tenderloins lengthwise (do not cut through) and lay on bacon.
Stuff the meat with pepper and onions.
Close up, wrap bacon around meat and secure with toothpicks.
Marinade overnight in Italian dressing.

Grill meat at 400º for 1½ - 2 hours
Baste every 30 minutes with marinade.
