1 piece Beef for Fajitas (flank steak skirt steak, or carne asada) approx. 24" X 10"
1 lb. bacon
1 green bell pepper
1 large yellow onion
1 bottle Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pepper and onion into long strips
Lay meat on cutting board and cut into 12" X 2" strips leaving meat in place on the board.
Lay pieces of pepper and onion across the meat on the end.
Start rolling the meat, like a jelly roll, placing vegetables inside as you roll it up.
Wrap meat with pieces of bacon and secure it with toothpicks.
Marinade the roll in Italian dressing overnight.

Cook on 400º grill for 1 hour, basting, occasionally, with remaining Italian dressing.

Serve on tortillas with your favorite fajita extras.
