16 oz. spreadable cream cheese
4 tsp ranch dressing mix
24 slices pumpernickel rye bread
4-6 medium cucumbers
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese and dressing mix in a large bowl. Spread on one side of each slice of bread. Peel cucumbers, if desired, thinly slice and place on 12 slices of bread. Top with remaining bread.
