½ c. organic onion, finely chopped
1 organic garlic clove, minced
1 lb. Italian sausage (see main dish recipes)

3 medium organic potatoes, peeled and diced
2-3 large stalks of organic kale, stem removed and finely chopped
8 c. organic chicken broth
1 c. white cooking wine
¾ c. organic celery, sliced
½ c. organic carrots, sliced
1 c. organic heavy cream
Real Salt® sea salt to taste
black pepper to taste
organic Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions, garlic, and Italian sausage in a pan. Drain grease. Add in potatoes, kale, broth, cooking wine, celery, and carrots. Cook until vegetables are tender. Stir in cream, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
