6-8 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
salt, pepper, garlic powder OR 1 packet dry ranch dressing
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1-2 C Picante sauce
2-3 C shredded cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º; prepare 13x9 baking dish
Rinse thawed chicken, pat dry and sprinkle with seasoning
Lay chicken in baking dish and cover with corn, beans and Picante sauce
Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour
When cooked thoroughly, remove foil and cover with cheese
Return to oven uncovered to melt cheese
