1 boneless whole pork loin roast (2 pounds)
1 cup Dale’s Sauce
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
Montreal Steak Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in 1-gallon bag overnight. Sprinkle with seasoning before cooking. Cook over medium heat on grill until internal temperature reaches 145-150º. Let rest for about 20 minutes before cutting. You can also cook in a crockpot for 6-8 hours on low.
