1 boneless pork shoulder roast or pork loin (4 to 5 pounds)
1 pkg. Grill Mates® Mojito Lime Marinade
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 medium onions, halved and sliced
1 red pepper, halved and sliced
1 can chopped green chilies
2 tsp. garlic
2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) reduced-sodium chicken broth
2/3 cup orange juice
1/2 cup lime juice
1/4 cup light rum, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until meat is tender.
Remove pork and shred with two forks, serve pork with juices over rice, in tacos or on buns with BBQ sauce.
