1/2 large onion
1/2 green pepper
1 cup cilantro
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. pepper
1-2 tsp salt
1 28 oz. Original Ro-tel tomatoes
1 28 oz. can Crushed tomatoes
juice of fresh lime

Directions:
Directions:
Rough chop the onion and mince it in a food processor, remove and place in a bowl. Rough chop the green pepper and process it but leave it a little larger, remove to a bowl. Process cilantro and garlic. Add drained Rotel tomatoes and process, remove to a bowl. Add salt and pepper along with crushed tomatoes. Stir in fresh lime add more salt if desired. Serve with chips.
