2 cans chick peas/garbanzo beans
⅔ cup chopped walnuts
5 stalks celery chopped
¼ cup sunflower seeds
2 carrots finely chopped
1 apple chopped or a bunch of grapes chopped
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp lemon juice
Flax Seed Mayo - start with 1/2 cup and add to taste
Himalayan salt
Pepper
Optional -splash of apple cider vinegar

* Drain and puree chickpeas, adding in lemon juice and parsley.
* In large bowl combine remaining ingredients except mayo. Stir in chickpeas. Next add the mayo, stirring in your desired amount. Salt and pepper to taste.
* Serve with fresh pita bread or tortilla chips
