"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Heat milk to lukewarm; add margarine. In large mixing bowl, sift 2 cups flour, cinnamon, and salt. Beat in milk, margarine, yeast, and eggs until well blended. Stir in remaining flour, 1 cup at a time, until dough is smooth and elastic. Turn onto floured surface and knead until dough is a smooth, soft ball. Add a little flour as needed to keep from sticking. Place into a greased bowl. Let rise until doubled in bulk. Divide dough into 4 portions. Divide each portion into 9 balls. Place on greased baking sheet. Flatten to form a 3 inch circle. Make a depression in center and fill with your favorite filling. Mine is cream cheese mixed with some sugar, James loves apricot. Let rise about 15 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Drizzle with a powdered sugar glaze.
