16 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, cut into bite-size pieces
8 oz. cream cheese
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 - 2/3 cups of beer
dash of cayenne pepper
salt and pepper
2 T. dry ranch dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients, except for beer in a food processor. Blend until finely chopped. Slowly add beer a little at a time until the desired texture is achieved. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour. Serve with pretzels, crackers, or some veggies.
