1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup ripe bananas, mashed (3-4)
2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/3 cup Bisquick
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional, could substitute choc. chips)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Oven to 350 F. Generously butter the bottom of a loaf pan. Stir everything together in the loaf pan. Bake 50-60 minutes
