1 box of graham crackers
1 8 oz tub of Cool Whip
2 big boxes of instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk

I use light versions of everything and skim milk.

Frosting ingrediients:
3 TBSP Milk
6 TBSP Cocoa
1 TSP Vanilla
2 TBSP oil
2 TBSP lite Karo corn syrup
1 1/2 cups powdered surgar

Directions:
Cake directions: Mix pudding and milk in a bowl until it starts to thicken. Add Cool Whip to pudding. Mix until well blended.Layer bottom of 13x9 pan with graham crackers, then top with some of pudding mixture.Continue layering graham crackers and pudding until all pudding is used. Usually 3 layers. Last layer should then be graham crackers. Pour frosting (see below) over top of graham crackers and refrigerate overnight. Best if served next day, but still good the same day.

Frosting directions: Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Pour over top of graham crackers.
