Tortilla chips or crackers

1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
3 roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 red onion chopped
12-20 kalamata olives chopped
1 Tablespoon capers drained
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons fresh basil chopped
1/4 cup EV olive oil
3 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Feta cheese to taste added just before serving

Mix relish ingredients and let stand 2-6 hours. Serve with crackers or chips or bread rounds as appetizer or as side to grilled fish.
