Ingredients:
Ingredients:
• 1 (4 pound) pork shoulder roast or boneless ribs pork shoulder cut into chunks)
• 1 cup barbeque sauce or honey bbq sauce (I recommend sweet baby rays)
• ½ cup apple cider vinegar
• 1 cup beef broth
• 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
• ¼ cup light brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard or honey mustard
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 1 tablespoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 ½ teaspoons dried thyme

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredient in slow cooker.
2. Cook on high for 5-6 hours

3. Shred with fork, fishing out and discarding chunks of fat (which should separate from the meat and float to the top)

4. Serve on toasted buns, toasted or in-toasted, with tongs to squish our excess juices to avoid a soggy bun. Can add coleslaw on the sandwich for extra crunch!

Enjoy :)
