1 cup flour
¼ tsp.salt
Pinch of sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk, room temp
1 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients for batter in a bowl. Beat eggs slightly, Beat in flour mixture, milk, and butter. Beat just until smooth - do not overbeat. Fill cups about ½ - ¾ full. Bake popovers for 15 minutes at 425, then reduce heat to 350 for another 20 minutes or until popovers are puffed and browned on top. Cool and serve!

To make ham and cheese popovers:
3 ounces ham diced
4 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
Pour a small amount of batter into each popover tin. Then add a small pinch of ham and cheese to each tin. Pour more batter on top.
