2 (8-ounce) packages fat-free cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup light beer
1 ounce packet ranch dressing mix
2 cups shredded 2% milk Cheddar cheese

1. Thoroughly mix the cream cheese, beer and dressing mix in a medium bowl, then fold in the shredded cheese.

2. Refrigerate at least one hour for best taste.
