1 loaf french bread, cut into 1/2 inch slices
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 1/2 C plum tomatoes, chopped
1 pkg crumbled feta with basil, finely chopped
1/2 C chopped red onion
3 Tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Broil bread slices until lightly toasted. Brush one side with oil. Mix tomatoes, 1 Tbsp oil, cheese, onion, parsley and pepper. Spoon onto toast just before serving.
