Shinu's Banana Bread Recipe

2 large eggs
150g butter (or the weight of the 2 eggs)
130g caster sugar
150g plain flour
1 tbsp vanilla essence
2 large (or 3-4 small) very ripe bananas (I like to keep them as a chunky mash)
1 cup yogurt
pinch of salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup white choc chips
1/4 cup milk choc chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 160 degrees (Fan)
Whip butter and sugar together.
Add the eggs, vanilla and bananas slowly. Add the yogurt.
Mix in the dry ingredients followed by the chocolate chips and pecans.
Bake for 20-25 mins (until top is golden brown). Then cover loosely with foil and put back in the oven for a further 30 mins.

I have often made these as a breakfast treat when the extended family have stayed together for weddings and special occasions and its always gone down well!
