Group 1
2 c. flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt

Group 2
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp baking soda

Group 3
½ c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
½ tsp vanilla
¾ c. chocolate chips

Streusel Topping
¼ c. chocolate chips
2 tbsp chopped nuts
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Combine group 1 ingredients. Combine group 2 ingredients in another bowl. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one. Add vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture alternately with sour cream mixture, starting with flour mixture. Stir in chips. Fill greased muffin tins. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over the muffins. Bake at 350ºF for 35-40 minutes.
