2 c. chana flour
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp cumin seed
1 tbsp ginger powder
Green chili to taste
Chopped vegetables-ie spinach, potato, onion, cauliflower, pear or cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together then add the chopped vegetables. Add enough water to mix well. Deep fry in hot oil by the spoonful.
