1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
8 cups cabbage, finely shredded
1/4 cup carrots, shredded
celery seed, to taste

Directions:

Combine first 8 ingredients and beat until thoroughly mixed!! Add cabbage & carrots. Mix well. Sprinkle celery seed on top. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
