2 packages of frozen chopped spinach
4 T. butter
2 T. flour
2 T. chopped onion
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup spinach liqueur
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. celery salt
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1tsp. Worcester
6 oz. Mexican Velveeta cheese
Breadcrumbs

Cook spinach and drain, reserving juice. Melt butter. Add onion and cook until tender. Add flour, stirring until smooth. Slowly stir in milk and spinach liqueur. Continue stirring until thick. Continue stirring while adding seasonings and cheese until melted. Combine with spinach, top with breadcrumbs. Bake in a 1 qt. casserole dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Can be made ahead and frozen (uncooked). Thaw a few hours before cooking.
