2 cups vegetable oil
2 cups water
1 large can pumpkin
6 cups flour
6 eggs
6 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp clove
4 tsp baking soda
4 tsp cinnamon
2 cups walnuts, chopped
2 cups chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour 8 loaf pans.

2. Mix ingredients in a large bowl.

3. Bake one hour. (25min for mini loaf pans)

This recipe can be cut in half using one small can of pumpkin and dividing the rest of the ingredients in half to make 4 loaves.
