1 lb chicken breast, boneless, skinless
1 lb ham
1 tsp garlic powder
3 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp mustard
16 oz rotini pasta
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp butter
8 oz gouda cheese
8 oz heavy cream
8 oz swiss cheese
Directions:

1. Pour uncooked pasta into your instant pot cover with 3 cups of chicken broth.
2. Place thin chicken strips and ham on top.
3. Sprinkle seasonings and mustard on top.
4. Place on Manual High Pressure for 10 minutes.
5. Do a quick release, stir and pour heavy cream, and both cheeses into pan.
6. Stir until creamy and smooth.
7. In a small pan melt butter and add panko breadcrumbs. Stir until all are toasty and golden brown about 2-3 minutes.
