27 Slices of white bread (cut off the crust)
2 (8 ounce) blocks of cream cheese (room temp)
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 egg yolks (room temp)
2 sticks margarine, melted
2 tsp. Cinnamon and 1 cup sugar (mixed)

Directions:
Directions:
Roll the slices of bread out thin. Mix remaining ingredients. Spread the mixture on the bread slices and roll up. Dip each roll in melted margarine then cinnamon sugar mixture. Freeze on a cookie sheet. When ready to bake, cut each roll into thirds, and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes
