1 sleeve saltine crackers
1 C butter
1/2 C light brown sugar
12 oz chocolate chips
1 C chopped pecans

Set crackers in the bottom of a jelly roll pan. Bring the butter and sugars to a bowl. Poor the mixture on top of the crackers. Let dry then add melted chocolate and pecans to the top.
