6-8 oz meat (sausage, ham, bacon)
3 eggs
1/4 C butter (melted, not hot)
1/2 C bisquick
1 C cheese
1 C hashbrowns
1 1/2 C milk
salt & pepper
*onion and green pepper optional

Directions:
Dump all ingredients into one bowl and mix well so the eggs are beaten and it is consistent throughout. Cook at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
