2 pie crusts

2 cans cherries packed in water (not cherry pie filling. Usually found in canned fruit area of grocery store not baking supplies)
1/4 cup Minute Tapicoa
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon almond flavoring

1 Tablespoon butter

Directions:
Directions:
Drain liquid from 1 can of cherries. Mix fruit (including liquid from one can of cherries), tapioca, sugar and flavoring in a bowl. Let stand for 15 minutes. Line a 9-inch pie plate with pie crust. Fill with fruit mixture. Dot with 1 tablespoon butter. Cover with top crust; seal and flute edges. Cut several slits in stop crust. Bake in a preheated 400º oven for 45-50 minutes or until juices form bubbles that burst slowly. Cool.
