Preheat oven to 400º

2 Pie crusts

1 egg
2 tablespoons flour
2/3 to 1 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
small amount of sugar to sprinkle on top of pie

Peaches (fresh or frozen, enough to fill 9 inch pie plate pie crust)
Peel and slice fresh peaches (if using)

Directions:
Directions:
Place pie shell in the bottom of pie plate. Arrange peaches cut side up in the pie shell.

Combine and blend
egg
flour
sugar
butter

Pour over peaches.

Cover with top crust; seal and flute edges. Cut several slits in the crust to vent. Sprinkle with sugar.

Bake for 15 minutes at 400º. Reduce heat to 300º and bake about 50 minutes longer.
