2 lbs. ground beef
1 large onion chopped
2 TBS chili powder
2 or 3 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
2 15 oz ranch style beans
6 corn tortilla
6 oz Monterey Jack shredded
6 oz cheddar shredded
2 10 oz Rotel tomato chili
2 10 oz cream of mushroom sou

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef and onion in a large skillet until done. Discard drippings.
Add chili powder, cumin, and salt and stir well. Cololk mixture over low heat - 10 minutes.
Spoon beef mixture into a 9X13 inch baking dish.
Layer beans, tortilla, and cheese. Pour Rotel over cheese.
Spread soup over all.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 uncovered for 1 hour.
