5 lbs concord grapes - 1 hand basket full
2½ lbs white sugar
1 cups apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground cloves
½ teaspoon all spice
½ teaspoon paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Put grapes in large pan and boil gently 2-3 hours and then strain through a sieve to remove seeds and skins.
Add grapes and all remaining ingredients to large pot 3-5 hours until thick and combined.
Put in jars and seal.
If sugar forms in jar just microwave and it will dissolve again.
Used on pork.
