Ingredients:
Nice sized English Roast
Potatoes
Carrots
Seasoned Salt

Directions:
Directions:
In an electric skillet, brown the roast until both sides are brown with no pink showing. Add peeled and sliced potatoes and carrots to fill the skillet. Pour water over all until full. Sprinkle with a good amount of seasoned salt. Continue cooking until the water is low. Pour in more water (and seasoned salt) and continue simmering. Do this several times until the potatoes and carrots are tender and cooked through and until the meat looks done. Do not cook all the water out of the pan - make sure there is plenty when you are ready to serve.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This was my all time favorite family dinner. We would fill our plates with the potatoes and carrots, mash them all down together, cover with butter and 'gravy' from the skillet and put a piece of the roast on top.
