⅔ c Hersheys Cocoa
½ c margarine, melted
½ c milk
1 tsp vanilla
3 c powdered (10x) sugar *or more if needed
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Then mix all other ingredients with electric mixer. Put in refrigerator to set up. Then pour over cake or brownies.
