1 Tablespoon pickle juice
1 1/2 Tablespoon salt
2 Tablespoons oil
1 box Ziti pasta
1/4 cup milk
1 red onion
2 tomatoes
6 sweet pickles
2 small green pepper
1 large shallot
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 packets of G. Washington brown bouillon powder
fresh pepper
dash wine vinegar

fresh dill

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water add 1 Tablespoon salt and 2 Tablespoons oil. Cook ziti 10 minutes.
Add milk to moisten and toss.

Chop onion, tomatoes, pickles and peppers. Mince shallot

Beat the sour cream and mayonnaise with a whisk. Add boullion powder, salt and pepper. Thin with milk if needed.

Add to ziti and shallots, tomato, green pepper, vinegar, and pickle juice. Add fresh dill.
