12 oz. jar - artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup - mayonnaise
1 - clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon - dried oregano
2 tablespoons - grated onion
2 cups - Kerrygold Dubliner® Cheese, grated

Directions:

1. Stir and combine all ingredients in a bowl
2. Spoon the mixture into an 8 inch baking dish
3. Bake for 30 minutes at 300º F / 150º C
4. Serve warm with crackers, pita chips, tortilla chips or flat bread
