1 frozen pie shell
1 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 large onion, thinly sliced
3-4 tomatoes, cut up and drained
1½ c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
¾ c. mayonnaise
basil, thyme, oregano, black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie crust according to package directions and cool. Place drained tomatoes in pie shell, top with bacon, and add onions on top. Season if desired. Mix the cheese and mayonnaise together and use it to "ice" the pie. Bake for 20 minutes at 400º or 30 minutes at 350º. Let sit 15-20 minutes before serving.
