1 c. each of 5 kinds of dried beans (baby lima, pinto, red, black, navy, white, black eye, etc.)
ham bone
1 lb. ham or bacon, chopped
2 chopped onions
1 chopped bell pepper
2 stalks celery, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 15 oz. can chopped tomatoes
2 T. lemon juice
1 lb. smoked country sausage links

Directions:
Directions:
Place all beans in large pot, cover with water, and soak overnight. The next morning, drain the beans and cover with fresh water. Add all other ingredients except sausage. Bring to a boil, then turn down to simmer and cover. Cook until beans are tender.
While beans are cooking, cut sausage into bite sized pieces and brown in skillet. Drain off excess grease. When beans are tender, add sausage and heat through. Season to taste. Garnish with chopped green onions and parsley when serving.
