1 c butter
3/4 c sugar
2 egg yolks
1/4 t vanilla
2 1/2 c flour

Directions:
Cream butter thoroughly. Add sugar gradually. Blend in unbeaten egg yolks. Stir in flavor (almond can be substituted for vanilla). Add flour and mix thoroughly.

Pack into cookie press. Force dough onto cold ungreased cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake in a hot oven for 8 minutes or until delicate brown. Rmove from pan onto cooling racks.

These can be decorated with sprinkles prior to baking.
