3½ c. fruit cocktail
24 marshmallows
6 oz. cream cheese
½ c. mayonnaise
½ c. drained quartered maraschino cherries
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Directions:
Directions:
Drain fruit cocktail, reserving the liquid. Put marshmallows and ¼ cup of fruit liquid in top of double boiler and heat until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat and add cream cheese and mayonnaise. Stir until blended. Add fruit and cherries. Fold in whipped cream. Add a few drops of red food coloring to tint it pink. Pour into 13x9 pan and freeze until firm. Take from freezer 20 minutes or so before serving dinner. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce.
