1/2 tsp red pepper
2 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp dry mustard

1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp turmeric
2 cups finely chopped onions
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Remember - do not brown the hamburger first.

Mix ALL of the ingredients together and simmer for one hour or so.

if needed to thicken - mix 3 tbsp cornstarch with 1/4 cup water and add slowly to the mixture when it is done cooking if needed.

Make it thick as it will thin out when reheated.

When you put the hot dogs together put mustard on first, then the sauce and the finely chopped onion on top.

ENJOY!
