Brownies: Any boxed brownie mix

Oreo cheesecake filling:
16 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
3 T. milk
2 t. vanilla extract
1¼ c. heavy whipping cream
½ c. powdered sugar
1½ c. Oreo crumbs

Additional:

1 t. vanilla extract
½ c. chocolate sauce
16 - 20 Oreos, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Bake the brownies according to directions on box. Set aside to cool. When cooled, cut brownies into small pieces.

To make cheesecake filling, combine cream cheese and sugar in large mixing bowl and mix until well combined and smooth. Add the milk and vanilla and mix until well combined. Set aside.

In another bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar to make whipped cream. Beat on high speed until stiff peaks form.

Fold about 1/3 of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined, then add remainder of whipped cream and fold until combined. Add Oreo crumbs and gently fold until well combined.

To make additional whipped cream for layering, combine the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla in large bowl. Whisk on high until stiff peaks form.

Now it's time to layer in trifle bowl:
Bottom layer is cut up brownie pieces (about 1/2 of the brownies).
Second layer is 1/2 cheesecake filling.
Third layer - 3/4 of chopped Oreos and a drizzle of chocolate sauce
Fourth layer - a little more than 1/2 the whipped cream
Fifth layer - another layer of brownies
Sixth layer - another layer of cheesecake filling

Finish off the trifle with some swirls of the remaining whipped cream, the remaining chopped Oreos, and another drizzle of chocolate sauce. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Tastes best if flavors allowed to blend for a few hours. Will keep 3-4 days in fridge.
