DRESSING

1 Cup Mayonnaise
¼ Cup Apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp Sugar
½ Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Celery salt
1 Shallot, minced
½ Cup Sweet pickles, diced

SALAD INGREDIENTS

3 Cups Cabbage, red or green, thinly sliced
3 Cups NAPA cabbage, thinly sliced
2 Apples, cored and cut into cubes
2 Carrots, shredded
1 Pepper, cut into thin slivers
½ Cup Candied walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
Combine dressing ingredients and set aside.

Prep remaining ingredients and place in a large bowl.

When it is time to serve, combine all ingredients and toss well.
