3 whole bone-in chicken breasts
2 10 oz pkgs frozen broccoli
2 10.75 oz cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 pint sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon curry (or less to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer chicken breast in water with stick of celery, small onion, carrot, bay leaf, salt and a few peppercorns. Cook broccoli as directed on package. Mix soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, lemon juice and seasonings in mixing bowl.

Drain the broccoli and arrange it on the bottom of a greased, flat 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle broccoli generously with Parmesan cheese.

Remove skin from chicken and meat from the bones. Shred the chicken meat and place it over the broccoli. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Pour the sauce over all and sprinkle again with Parmesan cheese. Dot with butter.

Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350º or until bubbly and heated through.
