3 lbs. ground chuck
1 T. salt
2 T. chili powder
1 T. black pepper
½ T. cayenne pepper
1 c. water

Directions:
Combine and cook in large pot on medium heat. Use potato masher to mash meat until very fine, as it cooks. Don't let it boil really hard, just simmer.

This freezes well - we like to keep some in our freezer all the time!
