1 stick Oleo
1 C sugar
1 egg
2 C flour
3 bananas (very ripe!)
1 tsp baking sod
¼ C Water
Pinch of Salt

Nuts (to taste)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

1. Preheat over to 350º F
2. Mash the bananas
3. Cream the butter and sugar
4. Add egg and mix
5. Add bananas and mix
6. Add flour and banking soda - mix well
7. Add in water
8. Pour batter into bread pan and cook for 1 hour

This is a modified version of 1 of 3 banana bread recipes from Grandma.
We started using this recipe as it was the easiest to make with Emma and Hannah. The more we made it, a few changes did occur. The original did not call for the cinnamon, nutmeg or vanilla but we like the change.
